Order Fulfillment

 

Each customer will be provided with a tracking number which updates generally within 1-3 days via email, allowing you to follow the progress of your package.
 

If for any reason there is a delay or inability to ship your order, you will be contacted via phone or email as soon as possible by one of our representatives.

 

Package Safety & Liability

All shipped orders become the responsibility of USPS, FedEx or UPS. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact USPS, FedEx or UPS depending on your tracking and shipping provider to resolve any problems you might encounter.
