Returns

Inquiries for returns must be made within 7 days of the delivery date shown on tracking number.

Returns will be processed within approximately 2-5 business days after we receive the item.

 

Exchanges

Inquiries for exchanges must be made within 7 days of the delivery date shown on tracking number.

Exchanges will be processed within approximately 2-5 business days after we receive the exchanged item.

No credit on exchanges.

Cannot exchange for lesser value. Only equal or greater value.

 

Damaged Items

If you have received your item(s) defective or incorrect:

    • Take a picture of the defective/incorrect item(s)
    • Email the picture of the defective/incorrect item(s) to accessories@dynamicwheelgroup.com
    • Include the invoice number on the subject line of the email
    • Further instructions will be given through email

If you have received your item and would like an exchange:

    • Send us an email to accessories@dynamicwheelgroup.com and include your order number in the subject line
    • Further instructions will be given through email
    • We do not refund the cost of shipping

 

Coupon Codes

    • Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout - You must press "Apply" to see the order total update
    • We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted
    • Only one code can be used on a purchase
    • Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases
